STAND UP!

Constance McMillen from Mississippi wanted to bring her girlfriend to the high school prom. Rather than allow it, her high school decided to completely cancel the prom for everyone. Now Constance is making headlines for fighting for her rights, and Ellen invited her to the show today to tell her inspiring story.

With her families support, Constance is currently working with the ACLU.

Ruth Flowers is 69-year-old and known as DJ MAMY ROCK. This is my favorite discovery since simon says. She's eccentric but sweet and she seems to have more sneakers than I do (and that is ALOT).

How did dj granny come to be? Well, apparently her grandsons birthday party was being held at a "disco" and the bouncer told her "she wouldnt want to go in". She flipped him the bird and discovered house music. Now we have MAMY ROCK.
